No 3. Kansas State (Big 12 Champ) vs. No. 14 Oregon (3rd At Large) in Manhattan... Kansas.

No 4. Stanford (PAC 12 Champ) vs. No. 13 UGA (2nd At Large) in Palo Alto
Mark Richt will have to venture west. Tough act for any team, but if they're the third best in the country like so many believe, they should take care of business.
No. 5 Florida State (ACC Champ) vs No 12. Arkansas St. (Sun Belt Champ) in Tallahassee.
Without Gus Malzahn I don't see how Arkansas St has a chance, but you never know how back FSU can be at times.
No. 6 Louisville (Big East Champ) vs No 11 Utah State (WAC Champ) in the Pizza box.
This game screams derp city for me as does the 5 vs 12 match up. With Bridgewater under center Louisville could route Utah State, but you just never quite know what can happen in a win at all costs situation.
No. 7 Northern Illinois (MAC Champ) vs No. 10 Boise State (MWC Champ) in DeKalb.
I've watched a cumulative of two quarters of these two teams this year. Boise State can barely score and the huskies can't stop a beach ball at times. this one is beyond me.
No 8. Tulsa (C-USA Champ) vs. No. 9 Wisconsin (B1G Champ) in you guessed it Tulsa.
It is absolutely hilarious to me that the last three B1G champions have been lower ranked than where Northern Illinois finished this year in the BCS.
I'll be simulating a couple of these games once the big screen no longer has to be on the Steelers game. I'll be using the current weather in that town at the time and updated rosters. Yours truly will not be touching the controller once gameplay begins. I have enough work to catch up on this afternoon/evening.
