No. 3 Kansas State vs. No. 14 Oregon

I expected HAM in this game, and that's what we got. We gots alot of points.... in the second half. You would have thought that these two teams were letting the elements (25 degree weather)get to them until right about at the end of the second quarter when the points began to roll in. Oregon exploded in the last 4 minutes of the first half behind De'Anthony Thomas' 82 yard run. Oregon was sitting pretty at 10-0.

Then, Collin Klein awoke. A quick 97 yard K State KO return to open the half got the Wildcats rolling. Oregon was unable to answer the 21 points that K State put up in the third. With a 47 yard TD run at the Start of the half, a pair of field goals  we had a tie ballgame with 7 minutes to go. Thats's when Collin Klein went off. Klein finished the game with 190 yards and two touchdowns on the ground alone. Oregon had it's chance to answer but 75 yard interception return for a touchdown from the All American Arthur Brown sealed Oregon's fate for the year.

K State pulled it out late 38-24.

Key Stats

- Exactly 700 yards between K State and Oregon
- Oregon shot themselves in the foot with 10 penalties for over 120 yards
- 3 turnovers for Oregon vs just one for K State

K State gets the winner of Louisville vs. Utah State next. So far no upsets y'all.
