#WFPPlayoff Round 1 No. 4 #MichiganState vs No. 13 #Mizzou

Michigan State hosting Mizzou
27 degrees, moderate snow
East Lansing, MI

OHHHHHHHHHHHHHH BOY

First Quarter:
Mizzou got to the scoring first, capitalizing a on a sound drive with a 38 yard Andrew Baggett field goal  Mizzou 3-0
Sparty responded with a 76 yard drive, finishing with a Bennie Fowler touchdown reception from Connor Cook  Sparty 7-3

Second Quarter:
Bennie Fowler found the end zone once again, hauling in a 4 yard fade from Cook Sparty 14-3
Mizzou finally gets something going and Henry Josey finds the endzone on a 18 yard end around Sparty 14-10
On the drive that followed Sparty couldn't be stopped through the air, Cook chucks another strike, finding Andrew Gleichert on a 5 yard quick slant Sparty 21-10

Third Quarter:
Mizzou nabbed a three spot on their first drive of the second half with a 30 yarder from Baggett
Sparty however responded with a 7 spot behind the legs of Jeremy Langford Sparty 28-13
Mizzou goes on a Stanford esque drive to follow, ending with a touchdown and milking over seven minutes off the clock. L'Damian Washington makes a circus catch to score Sparty 28-20

Fourth Quarter:
The next three drives were all Sparty. 2 drives ended in Connor Cook rushing touchdowns. One drive ended in a Mizzou Turnover. Sparty takes a 42-20 lead  with 4:30 to go
Mizzou nabs a gimme score with under a minute to go, failing to convert for two

FINAL: SPARTY 42 MIZZOU 26

Stat Line:
Sparty had 370 rushing yards including 304 from Jeremy Langford
Connor Cook's line: 18-35 209 yards, 5 total touchdowns
Both teams combined for over 600 yards rushing (LOL FRONT SEVENS)
Sparty had the ball for over 38 minutes
Sparty converted 14/16 third downs, 12 of those came on the ground /salivates

will simulate the other 4 first round matchups tomorrow.....
